We had the idea of taking a locally baked artisan baguette, toasted to perfection, then filling it with a flavorful, fresh salad. To this day, that simple yet delicious Zeppelin is what allows us to stand out within the crowded fast-casual restaurant franchise space. But it’s not just our Zeppelin that propels our growth and popularity. It’s our freshly prepared ingredients; our quality meats marinated and grilled onsite each day; and the warm welcome you receive from our friendly, engaged team members.
